    We are investing in two greenfield developments which are expected to commence operations in 2023. These are a dairy processing facility in New Zealand and a soluble coffee manufacturing facility in Brazil.

    ofi’s transformative acquisitions
    We’ve completed the acquisitions of Olde Thompson, a leading USA private label spices and seasonings manufacturer with expertise in blending and product formulation, Club Coffee in Canada and Märsch Nuts Ingredients in Germany. These acquisitions will drive the expansion of our private label capabilities across North America and Europe.
